i2i Consultancy is a Veteran-led business delivering intelligence-led services through three core pillars of expertise.
Pillar One — Protective Services
We provide security solutions for people and assets across the private, public, corporate, and maritime sectors. From protective surveillance to close protection and event security, our operations are designed to safeguard clients with precision, discretion, and absolute professionalism.
Pillar Two — Private Investigation & Surveillance Operations
We deliver discreet, evidence-based investigative services, including matrimonial and private investigations, as well as surveillance for solicitors and insurance companies. Our approach ensures every case is handled with integrity, accuracy, and full compliance with legal requirements.
Pillar Three — AFCS & WPS Expert Claims Handling
As a Veteran-led company, we operate a dedicated department specialising in Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS) and War Pension Scheme (WPS) claims. This arm is driven by lived experience and in-depth knowledge of military processes, offering fair, proportionate, and expert representation.
While our ownership is proudly Veteran-led, our operational teams are selected for their sector-specific expertise — ensuring our clients benefit from the best skills, knowledge, and professionalism available.
Our mission is simple: to protect what matters most, deliver clarity and confidence through intelligence-led operations, and provide trusted representation when it’s needed most.
i2i Consultancy was founded by Nichola Tidd, whose ten years of military service, spanning logistics (HR) and a secondment to the Intelligence HUMINT branch, combined with an exceptional understanding of human behaviour, led her to establish a Veteran-led protective services and investigations company.
A specialist in interrogation, Nichola’s expertise extends to both people and information. Her sharp analytical skills have delivered successful outcomes across a diverse range of assignments, including sensitive and covert operations.
In 2021, Nichola became an expert consultant for Channel 4’s BAFTA-nominated and award-winning series Hunted and Celebrity Hunted. Also known for her work as a visiting lecturer at King’s College London, she has shared her knowledge with academic, corporate, and operational audiences, and continues to do so through speaking engagements and media appearances.
Away from her professional life, Nichola is now a proud mother to her baby daughter, a role that adds another dimension to her perspective and drives her commitment to protecting what matters most.
