i2i was founded by Nichola Tidd, whose ten years of military service within both logistics (HR) and a secondment to the intelligence HUMINT branch, paired with an exceptional understanding of human behaviours, led her to establish a risk management firm centred in people.
A specialist in interrogation, Nichola’s astute capabilities extend to both people and information. Her exceptionally analytical mind has led i2i to successful outcomes across a range of assignments, including covert operations.
In addition to her military experience, Nichola is a C-Suite level life coach, trained to motivate and bring out the best in those that lead, as well as a public speaker and a visiting lecturer at King's College London.
In 2021 she became an expert consultant for Channel 4’s BAFTA nominated and award-winning series Hunted and Celebrity Hunted.
